As part of a national commitment to prevent veteran homelessness, the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System and 80 community partners hosted a Stand Down for Veterans on Oct. 6 and 7. VASNHS collaborate with community-based agencies to sponsor Stand Downs that deliver food, shelter, clothing and health screenings to veterans confronting homelessness. Full Story
