VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System

Pharmacy

In order to improve operational efficiency, the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System will discontinue processing routine prescriptions at our Primary Care Clinics (PCCs) effective Friday, March 4, 2016. For routine prescriptions, patients will have the option of using our Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) System or filling prescriptions in person at the VA Medical Center. For more information, read the Pharmacy Closure Veteran Mail Out Letter.

Many of these prescriptions are filled by the Central Mailout Pharmacy (CMOP) by phone by dialing 1-888-633-7554. In addition, prescriptions may be refilled by the Internet using My HealtheVet.

In an emergency, providers may provide a prescription for a temporary supply of non-controlled medications through a local contract pharmacy at no cost to the patient.
