- Telehealth
- Pharmacy Refills are handled at the VA North Las Vegas Medical Center or by calling:
- 1-888-633-7554, ext 3061 (for Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, or Western California)
- 702-791-9061 for local calls
- Audiology appointments are handled by consult from Provider
- Telehealth service only - no audiologist on site
- Hearing Aid Delivery
- Hearing Aid adjustments
- Hearing Aid repairs
- Tinnitus Class
- Telehealth service only - no audiologist on site

Parking, Public Transportation, and Shuttle Service
Parking:
There are two (2) entrances/exists to the parking lot: The main entrance is from the Southwest side of the building and one (1) from the Northwest side of the building.
Public Transportation:

Shuttle Service:
We also have a homeless Shuttle Service to and from our clinics.

General Location
The new Southwest Primary Care Clinic is located on the WEST side of Buffalo., between I-215 and Warm Springs Road.
Coming from East:
Heading NORTH on I-215, take the Buffalo Drive exit. Make a LEFT onto Buffalo Drive. The Southwest Primary Care Clinic will be on your RIGHT. If you’ve reached Warm Springs Rd., you will see the Clinic on the corner.
Coming from the West:
Head SOUTH on I-215, exit onto Buffalo Drive, exit. Make a RIGHT onto Buffalo Drive. The Southwest Primary Care Clinic will be on your RIGHT. If you’ve reached Warm Springs Rd., you will see the Clinic on the corner.
