The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System is proud to announce that we are starting the buildout for the new Laughlin Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Laughlin, Nevada. The clinic will be located in the Laughlin Professional Plaza, 3650 South Point Circle, Laughlin, Nevada 89029. Estimated opening timeframe: Spring 2013.
Delays beyond our control have pushed the opening to next Spring. We are steadfastly committed to opening a Clinic that will serve the Veterans in the Laughlin area.

The lease was awarded to CK Pro LLC for the 5,363 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and shell space; located on the second floor in Suites 214 through 217. The facility is handicapped accessable and an elevator is available. The above pictures depict the courtyards located just outside the CBOC.
